Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch tiers at any time? ▾
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like — Stripe pro-rates charges automatically. If you downgrade below your current idea count, your existing ideas stay accessible; you just can’t create new ones until you’re back under the cap or upgrade again.
What counts as an AI enrichment? ▾
Creating or updating an idea and having Lumina refine its title, body, tags, and category counts as one enrichment. Semantic searches, graph rendering, and summary generation do not count against your monthly enrichment quota.
Do you use my ideas to train AI models? ▾
Never. Your ideas are private and encrypted at rest. We use AI to enrich and connect your ideas for you — your content is never used to train the underlying models.
What happens to my ideas if I cancel? ▾
Your ideas are always yours. If you cancel, your account reverts to the Spark tier (25 ideas). All existing ideas remain accessible; you can export or delete them at any time.
Is there a trial for paid tiers? ▾
Spark itself is the trial — free forever, no credit card required. If 25 ideas isn’t enough, upgrade for the price of a coffee. All paid plans can be cancelled anytime for a pro-rated refund via the Stripe customer portal.
